Who I AM
At Lighthouse Therapy, I offer a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals navigating life's most difficult storms. My name is Alyssa Warburton, and I am a Associate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California. As the sole proprietor of Lighthouse Therapy, I bring a deeply personalized approach to healing—grounded in empathy, integrity, and evidence-based practice.
My clinical foundation is rooted in person-centered and trauma-focused modalities. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced complex trauma, life transitions, and emotional distress stemming from adverse life experiences. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges, I meet you where you are, and walk with you toward where you want to be.
Therapy at Lighthouse is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mind-body practices, tailoring each session to fit your unique goals and lived experiences. You are the expert in your story—my role is to guide, support, and illuminate your path forward.
With a strong background in both mental health and military/veteran communities, I am especially passionate about serving those who feel overlooked, unheard, or worn down by the systems meant to support them. At Lighthouse Therapy, your voice matters, your pain is valid, and your healing is possible.
If you're ready to begin the work, I’m here to help you rebuild, reconnect, and reclaim your light.
